Scarface

Scarface was on tonight
i remember watching it for the first time when i was in high school
i still remember hearing SO MUCH about how it was the ULTIMATE movie
about how "inspiring" it was for all gangsters
believing that i too was a gangster
i went out and bought this movie before i even watched it or heard any reviews
i really had no idea what the movie was even about
all i knew was that "gangsters" had this movie
it also came with this SWEET poster
that poster made me feel gangster

after watching this movie though
i was heavily dissapointed the first time i watched it, i think i actually fell asleep for a little i think
but tony montana
truly rags to riches
all he had in this world was his word (i think he also said something else, but.....)
very determined
after watching it the second time, although it was VERY bloody, it actually got better
i understood a little better y he did the things that he did
his affinity for the "f-bomb" was a little disheartening

this movie made me believe that if i really wanted something
i should go and get it
how unfortunate that at this point, what i really want is for the Rock to come back to WWE
i mean what could i possibly do to make it happen?
perhaps i'll email vince mcmahon

i also want people to stop yelling at each other
some world peace perhaps

i don't understand y i stay up this late
but this thing is a stress reliever no doubt!

i'm excited for the holiday season
i really enjoy this time of the year
people start getting a little more friendlier
the weather, although a little cold, brings moments of nostalgia
and pumpkin spice latte for everyone!
starbucks is the devil
but man... how can u go against the pumpkin spice latte?
had the gingerbread latte today
tasted like burnt cookies
a little upset to say the least

any warm drink would be good rite now

i like writing at night
it makes me think

i miss china
looked over some pictures over the weekend
man..those truly were some GOOD times
God really is doing some great things over there!

i still remember our awesome trips
to the great wall
to kaifung
everywhere
those pictures are so vivid in my head

man.. truly one of the most blessed times of my life
